Every month or so, we’d do some window shopping over at Amazon just to check out what new stuff or trinkets to get. Last month, we got over a dozen items in our shopping cart. Among them are three new Macbook cases and sleeves to choose from.
While all three cases/sleeves were specifically made for the Macbook Air and Macbook Pro, they are still usable with many other ultrabooks and slim laptops in either 11.6-inch, 12.5-inch and 13.3-inch sizes.
Lavievert Handmade Dark Khaki Kraft Paper Case
Specifcially made for the 13-inch Marbook Air and Macbook Pro, this Lavievert Kraft paper case looks pretty neat. It comes with a water-resistant outer cover and a felt inner compartment held by a dark elastic band.
At the back side is a smaller pocket which fits an iPad Mini but can hold any tablet or smartphone under 8 inches.

Snugg Leather Sleeve
This light brown leather laptop case from Snugg is soft and cushy. Fits a 13-inch naked Macbook Air or smaller laptops.
The flaps are lined with a thin magnet so it secures the laptop in the wallet. There’s a small pocket just below the flap where you can place some calling cards.

Inatek Laptop Sleeve with Charger Carrying Case
Fits an 11-inch Marbook Air, the Inatek laptop sleeve is made of high-quality felt outside and soft flannel inside. It comes with two inner compartments, one for the Macbook and a smaller one for accessories, smartphones or a small tablet. Comes with a rubber elastic tape sealing.
The back side has two open pockets for additional storage of a few items and accessories.
What we really liked about this sleeve is that it comes with a carry case for the laptop charger sealed with an elastic band. We rarely see this kind of combo in a laptop case.

Along with a few smartphone cases in the package (7 lbs. in total), the whole shipment costs about $5.99 (Php270) to deliver straight to our door.
Of course, there’s also the annual membership fee of $25.
With MyShopping Box, you ave the option to use Air or Sea cargo, the former is faster but more epxensive. We have not tried sea cargo but Air shipments are fairly fast, around 10-15 days.
