Sony Walkman NWZ-WH505 now available locally

Sony Philippines has recently launched their two new Walkman WH-series headphones, namely the NWZ-WH505 and NWZ-WH303, in the country and in time for the holiday season.

At a glance, these new WH-series headphones may seem like a typical high-end-looking headphone with a hip paintjob to go along with its stylish design. However, there’s more these set of cans than meets the eye.

That’s because users are just one flick of a switch away from turning these seemingly ordinary headphones into a speaker, complete with Sony’s proprietary xLOUD and VPT (VirtualPhones Technology) sound technologies.

Moreover, the NWZ-WH505 and NWZ-WH303 are both infused with a built-in storage (16GB and 4GB respectively); allowing users to tune in to their favorite tracks without the need for other equipment.

Sony’s new Walkman headphones are now available in the country and can be purchased at Sony Centers and Sony authorized dealers. The Sony NWZ-WH303 will set you back Php5,999 while the NWZ-WH505 costs four grand more.

SONY cans aren’t known for their sound signature especially sa pag-emphasize ng mids .. pang hip-hop lang talaga sila (like BEATS by Dre), pero pag Rock, Classical na, napaka-dull na ng resonance.

Subukan niyong makinig ng Denon or Harman Kardon headphones , you’ll going to hear a big difference in the mids at spatial resonance.

If you want to get the best bang4buck cans right now, the CREATIVE Aurvana (srp Php3,999) should suit you well with all types of genre.

    SONY headphones are crap
