Yesterday, Apple reps flew in to show the media their new line-up of iPods. Of the lot, the iPod Nano 5G took the spotlight with a number of new features, including a 0.3 megapixel video camera.
With a bigger screen (2.2-inches vs. 2-inches) and much more features, the iPod Nano 5G will continue to be the most top-selling iPod in the line.

Odd thing though is that the VGA video camera can only record videos and cannot take still photos. Apple execs say it’s because people only liked/wanted taking and sharing videos, not photos. Included is a microphone and speakers too.

The FM radio tuner was also added, despite years of avoiding such feature, since Apple found a way to monetize it — one can tag a song played on the radio and later on be able to buy it thru iTunes.

The 8GB model costs Php8,790. On a side note, the iPod Shuffle has a Special Edition made of polished stainless steel instead of the usual anodized aluminum (priced at Php5,490).

wrong decision for that.. pictures for me are quite fun than videos…
you only want us to buy this thing and then next year you’ll *release the 6th gen that can took pictures and video with high pic. quality..
your just wasting our money…
at first i like this one but then I realize this was just for them to sell, and for their company to grow more
