Laptop budget between Php30k to Php35k

With all the smart phones around, in your opinion which is the best phone for me who is a professional who wants to surf the web including facebook always but wants to enjoy games, movies and music also. Should I buy Iphone 4S or android phone or Nokia N9? If android phone which one?
I want also to buy laptop which I plan to use for all my personal things I need to do (surf web, save/edit videos/pictures and play some games) and some office work also ( excel, powerpoint). I want a laptop which I can used for maybe 3 years or more. With this, should I buy ultra laptop or not? If yes, which one. mac air or acer aspire 3 or asus or other? If not ultra latop, which one, mac pro or other brand (which one?). Hoping for your advice since after 2 months of searching in your website and other sites, I still cannot decide up to now. i want a phone and laptop which I can use for maybe at least 2 years or more.

kabibili ko lang ng samsung np350u2b, core i5 laptop sa cebu, hinahanap ko kasi yung mga nasa reviews mo na ultra thin series pero wala akong makita. hindi ko alam ang performance ng samsung laptops at hindi ko rin nabasa sa mga reviews ninyo, itatanong ko lang kung oki ba sa price na 32K+ plus gift package na cannon pixma ip2770printer, 8gb flash drive and 500 worth of accessories.

atleast 15″ screen. any reso
with dedicated Video card since i will be using it for photo editing and some video editing.
