Tablet recommendations
Mae Diaz asks:
Sir, gud day. Ask lang po ako for your advice since u you have been able to test more or less all tablets available in the Phil market. I want to purchase a tablet that would cater to my need for productivity first and entertainment second. yung best po for MS office creation and editing. preferably with USB docks dn. tapos fast yung processing. hindi po kasi ako techie masyado so limited lang po understanding ko sa techie talk like the specs hehehe(sensya na po). so im leaving it to the experts and asking for your advice. by the way po, i was leaning towards getting the samsung galaxy tab 10.1 once it is released pero im not sure if it is the smartest choice to cater my needs. i recently heard of redfox wizpad dual OS. what do u think po of that? thank u po for your time and i’ll be waiting po for your expert advice.
YugaTech answers:
Based on your requirements, I would say the Asus Eee Pad Transformer would be best fit for you. Get the one with the keyboard dock so it will be easy for you to create and edit documents.

LikeDislikehello sir yuga same question here, can you detail again the review about the Ipad2? Im an Android user but i really like the Ipad, you said that it might not perform much about mobile computing, what are your reviews about its applications? i normally use Skype and YM kasi and Email. how about its office features? will i have a hard time doing Excel and Word here? how about the files? can i transfer most of the files (mp3) thru Ipad?
Thanks!

LikeDislikeHi Yuga,
Just a quick question regarding tables vs. Laptop. I’m having a hard time deciding on whether to buy a laptop or a tablet. My need is basically on the entertainment said (downloading movies via torrent, watching movies, music, net surfing and social stuff e.g. e-mails, twitter and fb). I guess my question is, do you think I’ll be able to do all the entertainment stuff (download torrent and watching movies) if I buy a tablet (e.g. samsung tab) or I’m better of with buying a laptop just to be sure.
Thanks! Hoping for your reply!

LikeDislikeHi, Yuga!
I’m trying to decide between keeping the Blackberry Playbook (64GB) and Otterbox Defender Case I bought from the US, or selling both to buy the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 you recently reviewed. I know you’ve had first hand experience with both, so I’d really want to know your opinion on the matter.
I’ll be using it mainly for reading, games, etc., and maybe the occassional use of office applications so file sharing and cloud storage are pretty important for me as well. I hope you can give me some advice! Thanks!
