Did they pay you to post this? Did you even bother to look at was was being sold for a discount? Its borderline pathetic to ask for a “trade in” then just sell you stuff at the current market price (which would be lower than the initial SRP).

TRADEIN1000 this code isn’t available in their app although my item is above 1000. But the mice already discounted. Looks confusing.
