As low as PhP 31K for the Celeron M edition. As for the look and feel... no, Apple will never give up the desktop experience and let OS X run on a "non matching" laptop/desktop. BUT speaking of Dell... It makes great sense for Apple to license OS X Server to run on Dell servers such as the PowerEdge. Why? Many corporate/telco data servers would not think twice of hosting Dell servers... but Apple??
