Looking at the map, Philippines has the most number of internet users compared to the countries in Africa.

Maybe you just misfired your cursor, Abe. The Philippines has 17~19 of all those dots with 6 being bright. Just move the arrow on its direction until you hit the first cluster. :)

I fond this yesterday on slashdot but couldn’t view it. Must be the heavy traffic. Very interesting. Abe, the Philippines is lighted up like a cluster of firefles.
