		<description>Edsamail really sucks!!!  Man I just paid for P660 for 2 accounts but their service was delayed.  You need to fax them the receipt to activate your email but still they haven&#039;t informed me about this.  Is there any way I can sue the company for not providing me the good service?</description>

		<description>Edsamail has a spotty service plan.  First, we were forced to pay and endure advertisements, which contradicted the original contract I agreed to, which guaranteed Edsamail to be free.  Commercials pay for TV, advertisers pay the majority for newspapers, and so on, so why do customers keep Edsamail running, while advertisements provide minimum financial support?  That puts a burden on consumers instead of corporations, who can provide a lot more than the average joe.

Finally, the service disruption earlier this year is completely unacceptable.  I lost communication for several weeks, with nobody at Edsamail making an effort to inform me, as a paying customer, about what was going on with my messages or incoming email.  Second, they try to win me back by offering me a few more days of service?

It looks to me that Edsamail has slumped to depths of no return.  Customers are no longer first, even though we pay, and their lack of motivation to inform me that I could not access my account has forced me to switch to another provider.

Communication is essential to me and my business.  I need a company that can meet my needs, and that is something this company hasn&#039;t been able to provide since the middle of this year.</description>
