you know guys we should come together,gather together and report this company,because somehow,as i can see,sometimes we are not informed properly what they are doung,for instance,about the recompute of the taxes,thats their only xplanation but nothing more…when yo go directly to the accounting dept,they will tell you that you should go to ur tl first for ur queries,how will you ask ur tl about that where supposedly they are the ones who could explain that because they are the accounting who handles those situations…

Anyway, hanga parin ako sa galing ng TL & TDO ng SMS, ginagawan lhat ng paraan para maayos ang problema ng mga agents. Ang problema lng talaga, eh ang bulok na management.

Paki ayos po ha, para umayos din ung mga ibang agent sa floor. Tinatamad sila sa gingawa nyo!

This is not aimed to malign or insult the management of the SMS account managers but to help the CSRs and the company likewise.

I have been in the company for quite some time and we are observing the whole SMS team managers as well with their TDOs and here are some factual observation:

1. How come the other teams Eboard is updated when it comes to their WAPR and CPT whereas other teams are not? Where are we going to base our discrepancy when it comes to our “premier” if we have nothing to base it upon? Do we always need to update our TL regarding that? Please do not tell us that you can’t retrieve the WAPR for one reason or another. The other teams have them updated to the dot but the team you are handling stagnated. We can just sigh and be envious of the other teams eboard and say to ourselves, “Anung ginagawa ng TL namin together with his/her TDO’s? Remember this: For those seasoned managers on the floor, more is expected from you as compared to the new TLs, “Respect is being earned and not bestowed for your long stay at the company.”

2. How is it that when it comes to the QA overturns, it takes some TLs eternity to know the results if there are results at all? Okay, it was given that their is no QA manager for quite some time, however, how is it that other teams have their updated QA results posted in their Eboard? Again, ano na naman ang ginagagwa nyo? Is Mars or Cors Manalo aware about the things happening in the team? No wonder the teams morale is low as reflected in the teams performance overall…I hope that this will serve as an eye opener for the new members of the team that we are mentioning here. Again, for the seasoned managers on the floor, more is expected from you for you are in the KGB company for time immemorial. You should emphatise with your CSRs regarding their concerns and please do not “assume” that we are happy sa pamamalakad ng palplak na sistema. Suggestion to Mars: Have a survey from the CSRs, have a cheklist of the things updated like CPT, WAPR, Eboard, QA concerns and be sure that the survey is an anonymous concensus for we will never tell our true identity.

3. Regarding the QA manager, how is it that it was vacated for weeks or months I guess? The management should have appointed an OIC if they can’t pick one yet. Did you know the impact it has brought upon us by not receiving updated QA updates? We had low morale and you can hear us say that we no longer expect to get premiers, which translate that we are no longer concerned with the quality of our text messages. God knows how we love our job and please don’t let it be rotten starting from the core.

Again, GOOD IS NOT GOOD IF BETTER IS EXPECTED. Am I right Mars?
