Mataas nga ang offer nila for newly hire, but after 2 years makikita mo na mas malaki na pala sahod mo kung newly grad ka sa accenture.

Actually before, naiingit ako sa mga classmates ko na nasa HP since ang laki starting nila. Pero are salary increase dun sobrang bagal. Na aalala ko sa accenture, i started ng 15500 (well 15500 pa dati) pero nag increase ako ng almost 65 percent ung na promote ako after a year. Mas mataas na sahod ko sa knila heheh. Di napala ko accenture ngayon. :)

And now napansin ko parang mejo ang yayabang ng mga taga HP, Lalo na pag kasabay mo sa shuttle going to mckinley. Tinawagan nga ako ng recruitment nila, matatawa ka nalang sa offer hehe. Not a good company to. apply nalang kayo sa iba..</description>

At the end kasi dun din ang bagsak nyo, wala pang rip-off sa offer/salary tulad ng mga recruitment firm. Just like what happened to me. A recruitment firm head hunted me for a telco company raw, salary is 20K a month. At the same time, nag-apply rin ako sa isang telco, ang offer ng HR ay 30K a month. During interview, I got to chance upon another applicant who said he was referred by the same recruitment firm who head hunted me. Imagine the 10K rip-off.

Also, some recruitment firms ay ipapasa lang kayo sa iba pang recruitment firm.</description>

Oh yes, starting salary at HP is quite high compared to other company such as Accenture, but that&#039;s the only time you&#039;ll be enjoying the salary thing, once you get in, yes you do have a good salary, but dont expect to receive GOOD increase, just like what HP Phillipines said, even a K rated employee only receives equal or less than 5%.

I&#039;m outta here. HP is currently on its knee begging for mercy. 

HP stocks drops 50%, and with that, Oracle can surely acquire HP by bidding.

Lots of wasted talent here. Slow growth. Poor Management.</description>

		<description>Ok talgang training ground ng fresh grad ang ACN. Madami silang resource. I am with the company since May 2010 but i decided to look for another company. Wala pakong 2 yrs. Maybe you will ask why, though sinabi ko na ok sa accenture, still base padin po sa work preference mo at sa project na mkakalagyan mo. No.1 reason ko: I was tooled under testing capability pero dev po ang gusto ko. no.2 reason ko which triggers me to leave without finishing my bond of 2 years is that i have encountered issues on the performance management. I had my first project from aug2010 to feb 2011. Then redeployed to my second project feb 2011 - present. on my first project, i was given an excellent feedback, meaning, I exceeded what is expectated from me. The cut off period pra sa deliberation is feb, so i was laddered on the second project. Unfortunately, i was given a low rating which actually i thought a JOKE. I ask my new manager to justified her decision. No response. Damn. Yung feeling na frustrated ka dahil alam mong may mali pero wala kang nagawa. All their resource at my level was promoted, except to me. Obvious reason, priority nila ang mga naunang resource. Well, thats not fair. I am professional enough to still do my responsibility after what have done. But I have decided to leave. I cant wait for another year in this project. I know what im capable of doing and I know what I deserve.

Kania2ng experience lang yan. Lahat ng mga company nayan, sa salary lng ngkakatalo tlg, pero lahat yan tao din ang nagpapatakbo at humhawak. Basta po sa mga fresh grad, pag alam niong may mali, magsalita kau. Hindi tama na isipin ng mga mas mataas sa inio na baguhan plng kayo, kya OK lng. Kaya tau ngwowork po ay para may mapatunayan sa sarili natin. :D</description>

		<description>HP is not a good company anymore. Unreasonable income expectation. increase is equal or less than 5% even if you are K(Highest) rated employee. 

Very weird company policies. 

Upper Management has too many employees to oversee. You usually find yourself feeling like you&#039;re 1 of a 100 different people doing the same job with no recognition of the work you&#039;re doing.

Company is surviving by means of taking off benefits and compensation from its employees.

Not a company for a performer, only those people who are close to their managers gets recognition and the highest rating. 

Full of incompetent people.</description>

pag may 2 years ka  na working on the latest technologies sa programing languages mo...i suggest you try out going to singapore on a visitor&#039;s pass for one month then mag post ka sa monster and jobstreet singapore and jobsdb ng resume  mo ...

mabilis po ang response ng mga agencies dun as in the day after you posted, tatawagan ka na agad for possible interview...

as pinoy mas prefered tayo dun over indians in  their experience...

usual entry level salary dun ay 3k to 3.5k in sing dollars....tapos usual rent ranges from 400  to 800 sing dollars lang per month....

important tips: punta kayo kapag walang recession sa singapore  at walang chinese new year.... 

for transient stays in singapore...punta lang po kayo sa website ng mga pinoy na nasa singapore....www.pinoysg.com ...

gud luck po at pls behave at maintain natin ang magandang pangalan ng &quot;pinoy&quot; sa ibang bansa!</description>
