Abe, the 73 comments on the Techtote giveaway entry were not from 73 unique commenters, some had two or three entries, so I think that your method of picking winners for this raffle is flawed if your intention was for everyone to have had an equal chance of winning.

@whackerZ – yup, I put it into consideration. What I did was get another set of random numbers when that happened (that means those comment numbers which had no answers were disqualified; multiple commenters also had their succeeding comments disqualified too). Given that, this was the 4th set of random numbers I got since the first 3 sets have disqualified 1st prize winners.
