Leading the pack is the fixed-wireless service Smart Bro, closing it to half a million subscribers since it first launched 3 years ago. By end of June 2008, Smart Bro subscribers has reached about 408,000 in number. PLDT revenues from Smart Bro reached Php1.9 Billion for the first half of 2008. With Smart Bro Pug-It, the wireless mobile 3G service, published numbers reveal just 32,000 subscribers since they launched 3 months ago. Lastly, the new all-in-one IM service Smart Uzzap has reportedly attracted over 45,000 members. Smart Uzzap charges a minimum of Php25 for a whole day service.
