In a quick entry over at PTB, Globe Telecoms and Smart Communications were the only 2 companies included in the 6th Annual Fast 50.

Globe Telecoms was cited for it’s mobile wallet system, G-Cash, while Smart was heralded as the telecom in a sachet due to the success of the e-Load system.

Interesting figures mentioned there includes Globe G-Cash generating USD$100 Million (~Php4.6 Billion?) in mobile transactions a day while Smart is selling USD$80 Million (Php3.68 Billion) of e-load credits monthly.
