I switched back to OpenX and will not try Google Ad Manager again. OpenX keeps it simple, Advertisers, Publishers, campaigns, banners. You can't link an ad to an adspot, you have to link it to a placement, which is a group of one or more ad spots. If only they could keep it simple.
