Recently, my employer said that payment was canceled because they suspect it as fraud. WTF?!!! Is having a legitimate online business a fraud? I compared my Philippine Paypal account and my US Paypal account and noticed that only the US account had the subscription enabled while the Philippine account did not have it. That’s odd.
