Just read about it in Inq7.net early this morning. Several employees of call center company Epixtar Philippines are being demoted or asked to voluntarily resign prompting a labor dispute with the DOLE.
I remember about a year ago, a friend of mine who worked for Epixtar in Alabang was also asked for voluntary resignation. She fought it and went to DOLE to file a complaint. Arbitration lasted for several months and the call center company opted to do a settlement instead.
I think my friend got somewhere around a month or two of her salary on the settlement. We’re possibly looking at the same scenario here.

I, too, work at Epixtar, in Duluth, Mn. I love it . so, where do you guys get off talking about sh*t you don’t even know what you are saying……
I worked at epixtar in duluth mn for 1 year and the people were nice. Honestly though its a scam on discover card holders. Also the head boss yelled at me for 30 min cause he wanted me to change my work scheldule with no notice for 3 days. I didn’t have day care set up for that and its not going to happen that fast with 6 kids. Larry the head guy ther says my job is more important then my children. I talk to h.r and said i want him to apologize or I havew to quit. The next morning I went in and told them I quit. Will not let any man talk down to me like that and direspect my children.
I know about epixtar they are shaddy they swear at you. Discover doesn’t know these scripts were reading they think we read of the computer. employes are incouraged to say enrollment softly. How ablout no rebutling in a norebutle state they. Epixtar tells you to. Honest people have a hard time working there. If you can’t pass your pee test they tell you to go talk to hollywood. One girl Payed a SUPERVISOR cause her pee was wrong temp. I’m telling you HONESTLY THEY ARE SHADDY.
i used to work at epixtar hir in philippines..and they are doing great ryt now… the people there were very nice. we are providing gud service to the people in america. epixtar employees are not SCAMMERS!! it will only become scam, when the customer is not listening to what we are saying. i love epioxtar!

im now working at epixtar..and heck there’s nothing wrong going on with our company..and there’s no force resignation happening whatsoever..coz my TL stayed at epix for 4 years now…and she’s been doing well…BE THERe… so ul know what’s up!
Epixtar sucks and they are in ways SCAMMERS. The protections they sell on behalf of other companies is legit but they way Epixtar sells them… Maybe 1/100 actually want it but most get mislead to buyin it.
