Razer showcases Project Fiona PC Gaming Tablet

Listen to article

Razer highlights its new tablet designed specifically for PC Gaming. This tablet concept, runninf an Intel Core i7 processor, should be ready for Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2 once it becomes available.

A few months ago, Razer also showed its design of what a true gaming laptop should look like. This time around, it’s a PC gaming tablet.

Imagine if they can put the same hardware configuration for this gaming tablet (Core i7, 8GB RAM, SSD storage, NVidia GT-555M with 2GB GDDR5, etc.). It’s also possible this tablet will run on Windows 8.

Razer estimates the price of this PC gaming tablet to be in the vicinity of $1,000.

This is pretty much a risky & costly gimmick. PC gaming is well known to improve faster than game consoles. If this device will be out. a few months later there will be new tech-specs lined up for future games.

This can be however a good device for those who like certain games and would play them on the get go. just Don’t expect to see it run smoothly to games such as Watch Dogs (Ubisoft) & Crysis 3 (EA) to name a few.

Parang PSP na pinalaki at nilagyan ng controller lol, pero agree ako dun sa taas yung battery life baka maging issue.

Love the concept but I cannot see carrying that around with me. The “move” controllers are so awkward.

Main concern: Steam. I hope it runs Steam so I no longer need to buy my games again just to run it in this tablet.

ahahaha… May kulang…asan si Adam (real steel). LOL. XD IMHO
