I know I've sworn never to buy a Dell laptop ever again but this might just change my mind. Too bad about the processor speed and the lack of a trackpoint! I don't think the price is all that steep though. I still just can't imagine how rapid technology is changing. Just a few years ago, I bought a rather heavy Dell at the same price point. I've been lusting over these lightweight laptops for quite a while now. A netbook or an ultraportable? Tough choice. That actually looks really good.
