Asus Eee PC T91 in the flesh

Asus sent in one of their newest netbook accessories for review. They also included the Eee PC T91 tablet netbook to go along with it. See live shots after the break.

The Asus Eee PC T91 is a tablet netbook with an 8.9″ (1024×768 pxiels) touchscreen display. It’s slim (1-inch) and light (2lbs) too.

The netbook is powered by an Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz with 1 GB of RAM. It runs Windows XP and performs quite faster than what I’d normally expected for the specs.

More on this tablet netbook later; I’ll finish reviewing the accessory first.

Hope this won’t cost >30k…or else it won’t be much of a hit to the masses…or is it intended for the higher end market?

wow! looks cool! although i don’t like the screen size! A 10″ screen would have pretty much sealed the deal!

while i am enamored by the design, i am not too much penchant for more moving parts, thus a regular netbook form factor is just fine for me.

i hope they’d release a netbook ONLY soon, and at a netbook price point.

@ricojake – to be used in a tablet form with a stylus pen. Great for designers, artists, etc.
