This is where the whole OS is installed, so being a RAM / SSD it boots and operates fast as they claimed (actually I don't know since I never bought any "super" PC from them tagged with up to USD$5000+ price). All other contents are stored in the HD. If onyl they can find a way to prolong the battery life to say a couple of days. Critical files may be stored in conventional HDDs while the boot system can run on the 4GB (max) iRAM.
