We have used different creative zen products at the office. their small mp3 player (the one that looks like that of the ipod shuffle) is the best that they can offer. If you buy the higher version you will get disappointed. Screen hangs, not user friendly at all, battery life is so short, etc. But I can always recommend the creative stone plus since i have been using it since 2007. matibay sya and long battery life, yun nga lang mp3 player at recording lang ang use nya.

ka bwiset naman Creative!! walang kwenta! walang after sales support sa pilipinas! walang service center! sira na ata battery ng Creative Zen Stone ko pero wala mapalitan ng battery. disposable product nila satin after the warranty ends!

i cracked the LCD of my Creative Zen Vision W.. can anyone lead me to a repair shop? I looked around metro manila.. gilmore,, (servimax) but they are only fixing software problems.. they are not replacing parts for ZEN.. help me please???

i need to know where my creative zen can be fixed. no one knows how to fix it in sm north edsa… i dont want my zen to be just fixed at greenhills, its scary there… and my zen was bought at States so i cant just bring it there to be fixed u know,, i should know where… does anybody knows??? the keypad doesnt work…

I was just wondering…are there any service center/s for creative lab products and do they sell other accessories for their products? I’m planning to buy czvm and just incase it might have a problem in the long run, i know where to find help. I’m thinking it might have its service center in SM North since almost all gadget stuffs here in Philippines has its service center there. Does anyone know its service centers? Thanks.

i have had my zvm for almost a year now (i badgered y sister to buy me one before zvm finally appeared in local stores heheh)… so far, there’s been no problem. in fact, i’d considere it one of my best buys ever (love its video capabilities and its screen — it beats ipod’s by a mile!)

the thing is– lately it’s been ‘hanging’ up on me too many times than ‘d care to count. just this pm, it wouldn’t play anymore (waahhh!)

i can’t figure it out if it’s the battery or something. would you pls tell me if creative has a svc center somewhere in makati? or better else, is there anyone out there who’s been encountering the same problem?
