to eivoj:
1. first your dell lappy must be in warranty
2. if you are planning to repair your lappy at the local “authorized” center, read further
3. transfer your warranty to this country.
4. go to the annoying dell website to transfer your warranty. Browse there for few minutes and find how to transfer your service tag. Email International_Tag_Transfer@Dell.com for querry and wait for 2 wks to reply.
5. Processing time to transfer your warranty to Phillipines is 1 bloody month.
6. Choose your local “authorized” center.

Phildata was the one who repaired (?) my steamy XPS and replaced (?) my motherboard, although I dont have a proof they have change it. Phildata was defensive that how did I know what was my XPS defect. It’s obvious that my GPU steamed my unit. Even after repair, they insist that the GPU was the defect. And when I receved the unit, IT WAS ON STAND BY for 3 days and, 1 RAM was improperly placed. WTF

PS: My XPS m1330 was dead for good last week, and totaly useless. Salvage ko mga parts lang. Hell For DEll

I bought Dell laptop at Qatar and I brought it here in the Phils. When I opened it, the battery broken down and when i directly connect to power…it did not work also…to where can i ask for repair…urgent please….

I bought a dell inspiron 1420. it was working alright but it does not charge. the battery indicator does not indicate that it is charging. What might be the problem? Where can I get it fixed?

Ok so me and my wife are taking our 11 year old son to Disney world here in about 3 weeks. Now i know there are some parts that are for older people and some that are for little kids. What parts do you think he would enjoy the most??We arent planning on going to every part of the park. Thats why i am asking for sugestions on which parts would be best?

I bought a DELL Inspiron 1425 2nd week of December from Electroworld MOA. So far, I am not yet encountering probs. I actually like its design… so clean and classy… it is just quite inconvenient to bring..it’s not that light…

I was surprised when I checked the price at Parksquare, Ayala Center, the price ranged from 45K to 57K!!!! wheww… practically the same specs!

I walked in onto the Accent Micro store in Megamall when i caught a glance of dell inspiron while window shopping. I was actually canvassing for a good budget laptop. however the salesman at that branch seemed to be rude. what was he doing there in the first place with that attitude? Pano kaya sila mbebentahan? I’d rather buy a Dell sa electroworld or PC Live. Accent Micro, revamp your sales staff.

my gf recently bought an Inspiron 1420 for almost P36k from Electroworld. i am yet to test fully its capability though i already tried ripping some music from an original cd and i just noticed that some songs were “broken” although the ripping was successful. for the next few weeks siguro we’ll know how good is good.
