    P15,999 mura siya, pero baka yung linux flavor.. pag XP baka nasa level ng NEO or Redfox ang pricing.

    Qube PC Technologies could still use the large side spaces and fit a 10″ LED backlit wonder…..now, why didn’t they think of that?!? I hope it’s also upgradable just like all other netbooks/laptots/UMPC flooding in the market now….just my 2 cents….

    @bariles – can’t say until I see and test it. The specs make it comparable to Acer Aspire One though.

    For that price? It’s a good buy. Maybe it’s the fact that it’s a local brand is the one thing that makes us become too cautious of it?

    Yup, saw the ad in the paper today. Almost couldn’t believe it when I saw the price. The question is: will you recommend it?

    I called their Cebu office to inquire if I can see any test/display units first but I was informed that all units will be available by 4th week of December… I was also informed that the manufacturer of QubeM1 is(drum roll…) ASUS! What a surprise!!!

    For those in Cebu, you may call their office at(032) 412-4404

    naka bili na ako ng m1 ok sya ang alam ko eto lng ang mini note na dual core kaya ok sya mabilis

    goodthing:

    -mabilis
    -small hand carry kaya ok
    -affordable
    -D best ung specs icompare mo sa other mininotebooks

    bad thing i found so far:

    -mabilis uminit kahit 5 mins pa lng
    -2 hours lng bat life nya kahit wala pa atang 2 hours wala na

    pero over all ok sya for a mini notebook icomapre mo naman sa ibang mini notebook dba?

    I bet by the end of 2nd quarter the price of this unit will drop just like the deep blue h1 and ASUS eeepc.

    i suggest u buy the MSI WIND U series i have one and so far so good, installed windows 7 build 7057 and its running flawlessly, the good thing i like bout this netbook is you can upgrade its memory upto 2GB and it has an overclocking feature , one more thing the hard disk can also be upgraded if you need more hard drive space XD

  25. Gravatar Icon Anonymouse replied on Jun 5th, 2009 at 10:42 pm (25)

    @Jay

    Same goes for this single core HT notebook.

    @Mayu

    Normal lang sa laptop yung less than 2 hours.
    Kahit ibang notebook ganun din ang battery specs; otherwise bibili ka ng battery upgrade which is expensive.

    Correct me if I’m wrong pero kung two threads lang ang nasa task manager, then hindi nga yan dual core by all means. HT performance can’t be compared to the raw power of two physical cores.

    mukhang ayaw ipa-review key apo abe ah. malamang di papasa. xD

    boss abe, try mo naman review to. balak ko bumili 15K lang pag Mint ung OS. then add 1K para 2GB memory. san ka pa?
