Didn’t realized Redfox also made their own line of CULV notebooks which they launched last January. Fortunately, they sent me a review unit of their WizBook Razor XR133 to test out.
This 13.3″ ultraportable notebook is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 running on a dual core 1.3GHz chip.

The Razor XR133 is one of the very few CULVs I’ve seen that sports an internal DVD+RW. This model retails for Php42,999. They also have a smaller 11.6″ model (Redfox Razor XR116) priced at Php36,999 but without the internal DVD drive. Full review of the XR133 to follow.
Un-boxing photos are posted here.

Yah right just add another 10k for the 13 inch model then you have a macbook…
@marvin – you can practically say that to all 13-inch CULVs right now.
Did you unbox this while in Korea?
Ive heard redfox has a reputation that their Mainboards easily breakdown..is that true sir Yuga…
Its kinda expensive. You could buy and Acer or Asus notebook for approximately the same amount but is it assembled locally? if yes then we might as well try it.
wow its so cool! but i heard some bad issues of redfox.
Good in specifications but as for the past issues of red fox products….i will buy other brand na lang

pardon me, but for a relatively new brand, it’s a miracle for redfox to gain a market for CULVs. Acer’s got one of the best looking and performing CULVs.
