Ok kay mga ilonggo gid ya ga serve, unlike sa iban nga ga claim la paz batchoy man daw ila luto, pero wala gid sa kalingkingan ang lasa sa original-batchoy maker - Ted's. damn, batchoy is my favorite gid ya! the best ang Ted’s La Paz Batchoy, that’s why I always go to SM Sucat just to eat batchoy. Again, lapaz batchoy is pork based, that includes the broth,the meat, and the innards. Pork lahat yan pati na ang chicharon na topping.
