Hi, I'm a TLA publisher, live in Indonesia. So far from our website network I should around more than 1K/month (as written on my TLA account), but never got cashed.

They claimed that some check was sent to me, but I never received it here. Also some of TLA publisher in my country got their check rejected by TLA's bank when they try to cash it thrugh our local bank.

Today I'll try to email Patrick Gavin to see what can he do to solve this problem.
Thanks for mention the Patrick's email on your post.

I'm not saying there's a conspiracy, Migs. I'm saying our government has no incentive to help remove the obstacles.

Mike, I don't think there is a conspiracy theory between the BPO operators or "IT Sweatshops" and the government, against the netrepreneurs.

The banking fees and PayPal issues are problems with trust and regulation in the banking sector and they affect all companies big and small.

All this makes me think: the rise of individual netrepreneurs runs contrary to the interests of the IT sweatshops that bribe our government.

That's why our government will never back individual netrepreneurs. They have no incentive to remove stumbling blocks like high banking fees and the lack of PayPal.
