YugaTech Forums now up!

Listen to article

I’ve been mulling over this for some time now. The recent avalanche of emails and text messages from people who saw the TV feature prompted me to move to a more scalable platform in order to effectively address the communication needs (without draining much of my time and brain matter).

Hence, the birth of the YugaTech Forums.

YugaTech Forums

So, who are the target audience of this forum?

  • Regular readers of the YugaTech blog. Current and old discussions can flourish here without my direct involvement. Readers will also be given a platform to initiate discussions or just thrown in questions.
  • People interested to become bloggers. This forum will also discuss in more detail, the ins and outs of starting a blog. More resources, tutes and links will be added on a regular basis.
  • Existing bloggers who are interested in monetization their blog. Discussions on problogging and site monetization can be thoroughly discussed here with the help of other bloggers and experts.
  • PR companies and agencies, start-ups and individuals who are interested in harnessing blogs/blogging as a marketing tool as well as bloggers who want to promote their projects and events.

Of course, I’d be needing the help of my readers here to share their knowledge and experiences too. So sign up there now. I wanted the forums to have some amount of content and discussions going on before I email all those who contacted me earlier.

This is a good idea Sir Ave. Maybe you can start creating it now. Actually we are planning to build a Tech Forum pero siguro hindi na Hehehe!

I suggest using XenForo or IP Board instead of vBulletin. But if you still want to use the vBulletin, make sure to use the older version because there are lots of bug in version 5. You can read the reviews in Digital Point Forums via this link: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/which-is-the-best-forum-software-right-now-2013.2644695/

Sya nga pala from vBulletin lumipat ang Digital Point Forums papuntang XenForo :D
