As of today, Dec . 4, 2008, down na naman ang server ng SSS, Linux ba ginagamit ng mga ito? Marami naman tayong magagaling na website developer, ba’t ang pangit ng website ng SSS, nakawala ng respeto ang agency na to. Hoy gising!

the online inquiry is always not available. the former system is better, since we can just check on our employee’s account information as long as we have their complete name, birthday and sss number. with your new system, haven’t been successful in logging in even for my personal use. also for picture taking for SSS I.D., how come yung sa SSS Main lang gumagana na machine. other branches do not have the facility to take pictures for applicants of SSS I.D.

Mga punyeta kayong lahat, masyadong nyung pinahihirapan ang mga tao. Pera namin ang nirereklamo namin hindi nyo pera. Wala talaga kayong kwenta kahit kailan, parang CAP lang din ang SSS, bukas makalawa mag declare na sila ng bankrupt dahil naubos na ng mga kurakot ng bayan..ang dami ko ng pera na nawala sa CAP pati ba naman dito sa SSS. mga walang hiya kayo. Karmahin sana kayong lahat…Abuloy ko nalang sa inyo yan. Sorry for the words, pero nakakatrauma na ang mga ganitong pangyayari. nagpapakahirap kaming mga OFW tapos gagaguhin lang.

I just want to follow up my application for manual verification of premium contribution from February 1967 to June 30, 1982. My SS # 07-0219438-2. I was employed by Sugar Producers Cooperative Marketing Assn. ID #07-0039000-7 since 1967 and as far as I could remember we have to remit through our Makati Office our contributions when SS had no local office here in Bacolod City. I have submitted a certification from my office here that I have contributed 186 premiums from February 1967 up to June 30,1982. I have submitted this to our Bacolod Office here last August 14, 2007 but until now I got negative response. Please help me out with this problem of mine. I am already 65 years but I have not received any benefits from you. I would like also to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Corazon S. DE LA PAZ fo promptly sending me my ID. mag inquire lang ako ng existing SSS number status, gusto kc ng husband ko i update yong sss contribution niya as self employed. sa ganitong case dapat ito yong purpose ng internet inquiry pero 2 days na ako nag try to access inquiry wala page cannot be displayed error. kung hindi rin lang available yong site for inquiry dapat at least mag advise na hindi available para hindi naman masayang yong oras at perang ibiniabayad natin sa website.

oo nga! sobrang hirap na mag inquire! pera naman natin yun tapos pinapahirapan pa tayo! hirap na nga pumila para malaman contribution pati ba naman sa internet mahirap parin! ang gawin nila kung naiisip nila through phone inquiry ganun nalang, parang nag iinquire ka sa credit card diba follow the prompt nalang at pag may question kumausap ng agent. baka naman pati agent ayaw pa nilang gumastos! sobrang kalokohan nalang yan, kung ayaw nilang gumastos ng mas malaki ayusin nila ang serbisyo nila kung internet man yan o email etc. kaming mga naghuhulog ang nahihirapan eh. sarili naming pera itinitago pa nila.

gusto nyo bang may access ang tao sa contribution nila? or delaying tactics lang ito..buti pa ugn dati madali maka-access and check their contribution but now ang hirap na at ang gulo gulo pa..

hAy..!!! mahirap ngang mag access sa inquiry system nila kailangan pang mag register. tpos mahirap mag register may mga hinahanap pa…. kainis talaga,.. buti pa dti madali lang… gusto lang yatang kumita sila thru text e .. kainissss..

Bakit pa pinalitan yung dati kasi? Mas mahirap naman ginawa ngayon hindi lalo user friendly. Kaming mga working 5 days a week walang time magpunta sa SSS office at net lang ang pwede namin magamit para macheck contributions namin sa sss. Ngayon ichecheck ko ang number of contributions ko tapos hindi ko makita. Uubusin ng isang araw at magaabsent pa ako sa trabaho para lang makita contributions. Isara nalang ang website na yan kung ganun rin lang!

Dati easy to accessa ng SSS online inquiry system. sss number + date of birth ok na agad…. ngaun di ko na mareach ang SSS… email/tawag/online inquiry system,,,, Wala lahat… saan ang tinatawag na SERVICE dyan…. di kaya habang nag reregister kami kinukuha nyu data namin at minimilagro nyu na? Di ko lang natry ung text inquiry kase na labas ako ng bansa…. nagana ba yun o wala rin?

please lang po… pakibalik na lang ung dating website.. hindi na maabot ang pagka hi-tech nyu eh…

asar lang po ako dahil sayang ang oras… bawat minuto ay may bayad sa fone!!!!

Hey.. malabo na ang SSS now. hi tech na tayo kaya mga tao hi tech na rin.. l have been trying a thousands times to check my contribution online pero walang nangyari..or baka naman may nangyayari na miracle jan sa SSS.. what do you think guys.. nakakabwesit na kasi!!!… dapat kasi ok na ok lagi yong access ng SSS kasi dapat everytime na mag check yong mga memeber makikita nila yong gusto nila makita regarding with the contribution..o baka talagang sinasadya yon..para di masyado makita in public ang mga H.A ng mga SSS officers jan.. lol please lang bago kumalat sa buong philippines ang prob na to ayosin nyo na yan…sorry if some words here,,, been so hot!!! as in spicy to the ear of someone who read this na tinatamaan…it said kasi marami paraan para ma check ang contribution online..hey!!! pinindot ko na lahat noh.. isa lang ang lalabas ..type etchitirah….. sa phone send to etchitira..wala paring nangyayari..ubos pa ang load ko…

Hi,
I know someone who’s really willing to sign up for SSS. She’s a janitor in a specific school. And she wanted to file an SSS contribution however the school board wont cooperate at all. She went to SSS and asked if its possible for her to file even if her employer wont cooperate however the guy was not that helpful at all.. She’s very much willing to pay the contribution even without the help of her employer.

Anyway, she have worked in Department Store for 1 year and believed that she have contributed at least for the SSS.
Now, she has been working for 11 years as a Janitor in specific school in Cebu. She’s earning 3000/month. 1,500 for Schoolboard and 1,500 for the Municipality.

Please advise. I really wanted to help her. However sad to say, I have no any connections in Government.

Hay naku nakakapikon na talaga ang SSS, naubos na oras ko kahihintay ng password ko tapos wala naman pala. tumatawag naman ako walang sumasagot sa ibinigay nyong number… ano ba yan, ayusin nyo naman. mas mabuti pa ang dating nyong site.

I don’t know why it is taking them years to fix their website! We can’t access them through the web, if you call by phone it is either busy or nobody picks up the calls; if you email them – they don’t bother to reply!! So – tell me how are you helping your SSS members??? I’ve been trying to do all the above means of getting in touch with you for the last 12 months – NOTHING!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE -

I tried registering for a lot of times and i always have an email saying…”not successfully registered…”(sigh!)so…since i need it, i tried again..kaboom! it says sss number already exists….ooowwaaa!

do you mind telling me now how it happens? and the worst now i can’t totally do anything since “it is existing already” but i can’t access since i don’t have the password….

is somebody outthere accessing my sss account now? that’s a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!

SSS management have a heart. we are doing our part..we are paying…do your part and do your job well…you are being paid to do that by the people’s tax…

if you cant log in to the website upsets you how much more when you get your access seeing different employee information under your user id and your own sss#? i’ve been waitig for it to get fixed but this time its too much. everytime i log in, im seeing different member informations. i can see their, ss#, their address, where are they working, how much is their contribution, etc. thats really alarming now and i hope SSS management will take action on this ASAP.

i have been inquiring for 2 weeks online and no access. I asked my mom to inquire in their office in east ave. and what they said was that they couldn’t give her the no. of my contributions coz they were offline.what kind of system do you have? is this the kind of service you are giving to the members?
