Google is expanding its AI-powered Gemini experience in Chrome to more users across the Asia Pacific region, including the Philippines. Gemini in Chrome brings an AI assistant directly into the browser, allowing users to interact with web content without switching tabs or apps. On desktop, Gemini can be accessed from the Chrome toolbar, keyboard shortcuts, or system tray. It is also rolling out to Chrome on iOS, although availability varies by region. The expansion reflects Google’s broader push to integrate AI tools directly into everyday browsing, turning Chrome into a more interactive and assistant-driven experience. Google has released new colors, themes, and settings for users to customize the look and feel of Chrome. By opening a new tab in Chrome and clicking the "Customize Chrome" icon on the bottom right corner, users will open up a new side panel with different customization options.
