bagal na lagi pa cra phone ko. bundle of 995 ako then upgrade ng 1295. wala pa rin. tapos ang galing maningil kahit sira phone mo. almost 2 most sira phone ang hudas na adjustment 400+ lang.siete ‘yan.

I am using one the bundles of Globe,yung 2Mbps nila kaso parang ako lang dinadaya nila kasi ang hina ng connection nadidisconnect pa,tapos ang bilis pa mgbigay ng bill wla namang good service…kung may ibang ISP dito sa amin sana sa iba nalang ako

Globe is the worst of the worst among internet providers in the Philippines. The slowest of the slowest in the industry. Customer complaints fall on deaf ears. Nagtataka ako kung bakit they are still in the business. Nakakatawa nga everytime we see their tv ads na they are the fastest provider. Shame on you!

This post was old. I noticed there was a huge price difference of Globelines broadband offering during 2005 and now 2011. I am currently a subscriber of landline dsl bundle plan 1295 and its already 1Mbps unlike on 2005 where the plan 1995 only has 786Kbps.

Im Using Globe Broadband for almost a year so far walang worst na problema akong naincounter. Consistent ang speed nya, i got a 1mbps plan ok n ok sya. than Smart bro and Digitel Bida plans ilang taon ko din inaway ang smart and digitel sa walang kwenta nilang service.

panget ang service ng globe.. grabe magooffer cla ng kunwareng 1-3 mbps pero malalaman mo nalang madalas na down ang internet connection mo. tulad nitong skn 1mbps pero feel ko parang 256kBps na smart bro gamit ko. ang download speed nya ndi stable madalas 26kBps. WTF! sa singilan lang naman cla mabilis e.. pero sa customer care, dont care.. –Pasig area

one week no dial tone , no net, wla na akong trabaho sa abala na ginawa nila sa akin, i am a loyal and paying subscriber, their customer care , wla ding silbi, all you hear is sorry for the inconvenience , when it’s beyond inconvenience ang impact sa akin, i lost my net related work. and all i get is sorry? b…shhtt globelines.

puro lang kayo promo but can’t deliver good service, maganda lang kayo sa commercial, mga bwisit kayo!

im paying P1,995 for my globe internet but i don’t get my money’s worth. the connection is so slow that it becomes perennial. total internet disconnection could also last for days in a month and globe is not even contrite about the inconvenience it caused, how about rebates?

also, i dont think the 171 hotline is of any help, better run to the nearest internet cafe and vent your anger elsewhere.

grabe ung globe kasi pinili namin ung 1300 pesos. tapos pagkatapos ng mga ilang araw bumagal ng bumagal sa mga 10 PM lang mabilis tapos wala pa kaming isang buwan sa globe abay bigla na lang silang nagbigay ng bill tapos ung babayaran namin hindi 1,300 kundi 1,700 anu ba naman itong globe dadagdagan nila ung bill tapos madaming errors tapos hindi umaabot ng 1 Mbps almost mga 100-250 kbps nalang tapos bagal pa kainis naglalaro ako ng online billiards tapos puro server broken!! hay dapat pala hindi kami lumipat sa globe dapat sa smartbro pa rin kami

I just have my Globe Broadband installed last Saturday and i intentionally chooses the 384 kbps to test first the infamous Globe service and to my amusement the speed is ok but i will wait for 1 month before upgrading it to 1 mbps. Hopefully it continues to deliver what it promises… hopefully.

hello globelines guys,
i wndr if it is usual practice with your customer service to be called off, after accepting/recieving complete application documents/requirment for a certain package (landline/broadbnd connection) and it was establish that the said package is available upon receipt of the application documents, your customer service attendant told me that after a few days it will be installed but i sugeested that maybe we could set a certain date to give the installer more than enough time for my schedule will be served, i gave them more than the 3-day schedule, so thats it, we both agreed the schedule. For your guidance and information i pulled out my pending application with the bayantel thinking that we were already set for installation, but unfortunately a couple of days i was adv. that the package that i need (landline/internet connection)can be installed less the landline. i ask her why that package is no longer available in fact the date for installation has been set/approved already. what in heaven’s name you guys did this to me. my place has been set for opening. by the way i am an airline ticket agent and that package is my basic requirment for me to operate the business… NABIBITIN AKO GUYS!!! kindly do something with it nakaka inis talaga.. Please contact your customer incharge and call her attention MS. KATRINA GULA of Globelines, Burgos St., Tacloban City, Leyte

You can find the test at http://www.ispgeeks.com just click on the diagnostics tools tab and you will see this test called TCP Speed Test and several others including one thats good for voip or ventrillo.
