ang sina sabing speed na yan na 384kbps hindi mo naman talaga makukuha yan ng eksakto eh. katulad ng usb mo o hard disk kung mayron ka tingnan kung eksaktong 1 gb ba yan, makikita mo dyan nasa 800 – 900 mb lang sya, kung sa hard disk mo 250 gb sya tingnan mo nasa 230 gb in above lang sya. ang 384kbps ay estemated lang yan na speed from 0kbps – 384kbps, kaya sa gitna nga range na yan ang speed na makukuha mo maaring 20 kbps or 100kbps or 200kbps at hindi sya lalampas sa 384kbps, dependi sa location mo pag malapit ka sa site nila mas mabilis ang connection speed mo at ang speed na yan may tinatawad yan na send and recieved data speed yan ang total na speed mo pag pinagsama mo ang send and receive rate na yan. kon hindi nyo ma-intendihan e search nyo sa internet para malaman nyo.

okey, naman ans smart bro ha! depende naman sa location yan ang bagal ng connection eh, pag malapit ka sa cell site nila mabilis ang connection, pag malayo medyo ma bagal at may time pa na nadisconnect yung connection mo dahil sa maraming SIGNAL INTERUPTION.palagay lang natin na nasa daan kayo pag walang masyadong sasakayan mabilis ang takbo nyo, pag maraming sasakyan syempre babagal ang takbo nyo minsan ilang minuto pa ang hinto nyo dahin siksikan na kayo sa daan. kaya pag punili kayo nag internet connection, survey nyo muna kong ano ang pwede sa location nyo at magtanog-tanong kayo kung ano ang maganda. hindi yan kasalanan ng nga crew kung may problema ang connection nyo dahil hindi lang naman kayo ang gumagamit ng internet connection marami pang iba. ako dati sa globe ako pero hindi maganda ang reception sa lugar namin at saka medyo malayo sa cell site kayA nagpalet ako ng smart bro dahil sa 500 meter lang nag cell site mula sa bahay namin. KAYa ANG MGA NAGREREKLAMO DYAN SA IBAT-IBANG WIRELESS COMPANY AY MGA BOBO HINDI NILA GIANAGAMIT ANG UTAK NILA BASTA BASTA LANG SILA NAGPAPAKABET AT NAGREREKLANO NA WALA NAGMANG KWENTA. ano ba to smart bro na to mukang pera lang cla d nyo ba napancn na ung IP naten halos pare parehas lang? d ako mka download sa Megaupoad/Rapidshare asan un privacy naten sa internet? parang meron ka account sa bank pero meron ka kahati amff ano ba to.

correction lang po hindi na sila 384kbps at tsaka hindi naman eksaktong 384kbps un kc 384kilo bits per sec un kaya 384kbps/8 = 48kilobytes kaya swerte kau kung nka 50kilobytes+ kayo

speed ng smart ngaun ay 1mbps na or 128 kilobytes

ang nakakainis pati sa smartbro lintek yung billing statement monthly hindi dumadating,magugulat na lng ako eh wala ng connection tMa ba yun??? pag tumawag ka sa customer service suggest palagi eh visit thier website to know your billing statement even you cannt recieve your monthly bills thrue mail!!! what if naman sa mga busy na tao? na minsan lang magbukas ng email kasi gabi na kung dumating? ma check pa ba yun?..nung minsan ang nag hatid pa ng statement of acct eh parang pinulot lang sa tabi tabi na parang inutusan lang ng mga tamad na dapat trabaho nila!!! paki ayos naman ang sistema na yan!!

continuation ito nung una kong comment.Yung cousin ko pala nag refer sakin about sa smartbro. yung PLDT bagal kumilos tatawag-tawag to promote mydsl tpos iaaply ka nila tapos kelangan mo pa sila kulitin palagi lang sasabihin sayo naforward napo namin application nio so hintayin nyo nlang tawag ng technician namin pero ala naman tumawag!pag nag follow-up ka naman sasabihin lang sayo wala pa sila slot o anupaman masyado pa silang teknikal. pinaghintay pa nila kami ng one month tapos wla namn pala! kaya hayun di na ako makapaghintay nagpakabit na ako ng smartbro.salamat ok na at nakabitan na kami laki naitulong nito lalo na sa communication namin ng utol ko at relatives sa ibang lugar.

I’m a new smartbro subscriber.After ko mag-apply the next day kinabitan na kami ng internet kaagad. masasabi ko satisfied naman kami sa service ng smart. so tama lang pala na ngayon lang kami nagpakabit dahil feeling ko naresolve na ng smart problems nito sa mga clients n’ya before. after reading some of other clients complaints I;m hoping na na-aksyonan na ng smart yung mga reklamo nila at maimprove na serbisyo nila. so far wla pa naman ako naeencounter na problema. maganda reception nung antena namin cguro mataas at malakas pa signal ng smart dito samin atska kami palang yata ang una dito sa baranggay namin so wala pa kacompetensya sa signal. hehehe. message ko sa smart pagbutihan nyo pa ang trabaho n’yo dahil yung binabayad ng customer hindi lang pinupulot king saan-saan.
