ang nakakainis pati sa smartbro lintek yung billing statement monthly hindi dumadating,magugulat na lng ako eh wala ng connection tMa ba yun??? pag tumawag ka sa customer service suggest palagi eh visit thier website to know your billing statement even you cannt recieve your monthly bills thrue mail!!! what if naman sa mga busy na tao? na minsan lang magbukas ng email kasi gabi na kung dumating? ma check pa ba yun?..nung minsan ang nag hatid pa ng statement of acct eh parang pinulot lang sa tabi tabi na parang inutusan lang ng mga tamad na dapat trabaho nila!!! paki ayos naman ang sistema na yan!!

meron bang ibang connection na smarter pa dito sa smart? eh ang bobo yata ng connection ko eh. hayop sa bagal ang webcam ko..pati sa public chat naglog-off nalang yong kausap ko di pa lumabas sa screen ang tinatype ko. sayang ang bayad ko!

SmartBro are evil. Gusto lang nila kunin ang pera mo. I asked my mother to subscribe in SmartBro pero nilagay niya na name sa akin, then siya yong representative ko, ok lang daw yon sabi ng SmartBro. Tinggap nila yong cash kahit walang authorization letter from me, pero di na tuloy yong installation dahil marami pa silang alibi.

Pinakuha ko sa Mama ko ang cash, sabi ng SmartBro kailangan daw ako mismo, kahit ang Mama ko ang representative. Corrupt ang SmartBro!!! wag kayo tuloy magsubscribe sa SmartBro. Mastress lang kayo…

Huwag na kayo mag Reklamo lahat.. normal na talaga yanng pagbabagal ng connection if marami ng user ng smart wifi dto at hindi nating masisi yung na sa loob ng mga tore na yan kung bkit ang hina nila mag isip2x sa mga connection kaya mbagal connection.. GetZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…

continuation ito nung una kong comment.Yung cousin ko pala nag refer sakin about sa smartbro. yung PLDT bagal kumilos tatawag-tawag to promote mydsl tpos iaaply ka nila tapos kelangan mo pa sila kulitin palagi lang sasabihin sayo naforward napo namin application nio so hintayin nyo nlang tawag ng technician namin pero ala naman tumawag!pag nag follow-up ka naman sasabihin lang sayo wala pa sila slot o anupaman masyado pa silang teknikal. pinaghintay pa nila kami ng one month tapos wla namn pala! kaya hayun di na ako makapaghintay nagpakabit na ako ng smartbro.salamat ok na at nakabitan na kami laki naitulong nito lalo na sa communication namin ng utol ko at relatives sa ibang lugar.

I’m a new smartbro subscriber.After ko mag-apply the next day kinabitan na kami ng internet kaagad. masasabi ko satisfied naman kami sa service ng smart. so tama lang pala na ngayon lang kami nagpakabit dahil feeling ko naresolve na ng smart problems nito sa mga clients n’ya before. after reading some of other clients complaints I;m hoping na na-aksyonan na ng smart yung mga reklamo nila at maimprove na serbisyo nila. so far wla pa naman ako naeencounter na problema. maganda reception nung antena namin cguro mataas at malakas pa signal ng smart dito samin atska kami palang yata ang una dito sa baranggay namin so wala pa kacompetensya sa signal. hehehe. message ko sa smart pagbutihan nyo pa ang trabaho n’yo dahil yung binabayad ng customer hindi lang pinupulot king saan-saan.
