It's not clear yet that it will be worth it to get all comments, but perhaps all new posts from a particular blog that are on a particular subject. The requirement is the fine grained control by the user as to what they receive. One message per post is too much. But then, aren't bloggers the type who have GPRS or 3G phones, and can run J2ME or Symbian apps?
