		<description>We have an on-device RSS reader for mobile phones, and what we've seen from our users is a desire to have more timely updates on particular pieces of information, such as keyword based news alerts. It's not clear yet that it will be worth it to get all comments, but perhaps all new posts from a particular blog that are on a particular subject. The requirement is the fine grained control by the user as to what they receive.

But then, aren't bloggers the type who have GPRS or 3G phones, and can run J2ME or Symbian apps? They can just visit mobile aggregation sites or run handset-side RSS readers.</description>
