blogs should in fact have more categories for winning. Sometimes the blog content may overlap with the other categories.

They actually ask for payments? Hmmm. Wouldn’t that hinder some people from entering?

The Bloggies don’t and it still is a respectable Weblog Award, noting the past winners. That’s my opinion anyway.
