In my YM account are 100+ filipinas who either visit internet cafes' or have "other" computer access. I'd like to pay them to work-at-home online for me, maybe updating my online store with the 1,300+ software plans and eBooks I sell. Most complain they are too poor to have a bank account or debit card or paypal so that I can pay promptly.

Any free advice?

I have friends who were never banned for accessing their PayPal accounts outside of the country it was opened. They were not even asked for identities and confirmations.

Regardless, moneybookers for me.

Its guaranteed that you will be verified by PayPal allowing you to receive and send money.

I haven't been to the US yet and I was able to get a verified PayPal Account associating my US Bank Account.

STEPS:

1. Open a US Bank Account (even you're not from the US. Use your Philippine address, that's cool.
2. Open a US PayPal account - using any US address - don't worry PayPal won't verify your address - it's the bank account that will be verified.
3. Add your newly-opened US Bank Account to your US PayPal Account.
4. PayPal will then deposit small amounts to that bank account ( that should appear on your bank transaction history within 2-3 days). You will have internet banking facilities with that account.
5. Enter to your PayPal the exact amounts they have deposited to your bank.
6. There you go. You are now a verified US PayPal account holder having the privileges of receiving and sending money online.

Yeah Paypal is now available in the Philippines but you can only use it for shopping online, you won't be able to receive funds if you're selling on eBay. There is no definite time yet when are they going to make PayPal here fully functional (sending & receive).

Wanna share it with you guys. After long research, I got a solutions and it's guaranteed working cuz I got mine already.

Paypal is now available in the Philippines. This is good news for those who wants to pay products and services which can only be paid through Paypal.

Paypal really opened the doors for the Philippines but there is a bad effect in our economy since it only allows sending money. All transactions is going out and money is leaving our country, our economy suffers. I would like to encourage everyone to visit http://digg.com/tech_news/Paypal_in_the_Philippines and let’s dig it to let the world know the effect of limitations in Philippine Paypal accounts.

I have been a verified member on paypal for almost 5 years now. the one u said about you can log in every week is not true. they will still give you limited access and will ask you do many steps to restore your account, this happens when you try to withdraw your funds. i also have done all the stuffs they have told me. but to be sure i suggest dont use paypal in phil. unless you have a ip blocker that is only used by hackers. i suggest you just try other methods.

I like the concept of DaoPay (www.daopay.com). It lets you stay completley anonymous - which is very important in this world nowadays - and you can pay without credit card. And the best is that they don’t charge any fixed fees.

That is something very dangerous to do. Paypal is very strict when it comes to account handlings. One complaint from a buyer or a seller and your account will forever be terminated. One reason why paypal does not allow Philippines to use their service is because of such illegal activity-- fraud.

i have sold over and over on various paypal accts. each one has limited access within weeks to provide id/utility/inventory etc. even once i have done this i am given my parting ways statement and money held for 180 days.

what is their flag period for a new account? how do i overcome this?

Yuga, I think your paypal advise might constitute TOS violations, at least from their point of view. But they should really start serving countries like the Philippines, we really need it, right? ;)

As long as you trust the proxy server.

What I used to do before was connect to a computer or server in the US which I have access to (via RDP) and login to Paypal from there.

ya proxy your paypal info, that better be secure.

if your paypal account is opened using US ips and such then you go and open it with a philippine IP there is a very good chance it will be locked and you will not be able to do much with it, to unlock it you might have to fax them some info like drivers license /passport etc, theyre very strict about foreign acccess and sometimes their system just bans you, like sometimes it doesnt like changing ips. Bottom line is its best if you open your own bank account in a paypal approved country then use it from here, that way your account is legit and you verify your account if paypal flags you. Oh I've heard they can freeze your bank account too.

to workaround the IP tracking thing, what I did was to use a proxy server to access our paypal account. The IP of the proxy is US so it works like a charm.

Just make sure your access to the Proxy server is via HTTPS and the proxy also support HTTPS connection to paypal.
