If that $2 per unique visitor is counted on a monthly scale, it would be a nice offer IMHO. So if your site gets 1,000 monthly uniques, that’s a cool Php100,000 for you. There’s no mention what specific sites will be considered or if blogs and forums fall on the same category, but I’m sure as long as it’s a quality site they should be sale-able as well.
I got a community site here with 21,500 uniques per day — and with this rate it should fetch a really hefty price tag.

Alfie clarified that the site should have an average 200 unique visitors a day in the past 3 months. The site will be bought based on the average daily unique visitors.

Anyway guys, I`m just experimenting. Maybe this is just for the people who feels like they are abandoning their websites. I just recently kasi encountered a person that abandoned his website and let it sequestered by a domain parking companies. Sayang naman.

Ack. It’s actually $2 x number of daily uniques.
The minimum a highly quality site will get is $400. And if majority of the traffic comes from a search engine, Adsense revenues will probably recoup the $400 in about 18 months.
If the deal doesn’t push through, that embedded stat program or hit counter will give others an idea of what keywords/topics to write about in their web site.

Depending on the theme of the site. Some sites are very hard to monetize while others are easy. A daily 200 unique visitor seems good enough to monetize though but will take some time, maybe 6 to 12 months if you really know what you’re doing.
