They can do things like Meralco's e-Bill, but for only large businesses. I really think, if the banks wanted to support Philipine E-Commerce, the system they have can already support it. We are actually talking with them to have <a href="http://www.annexstore.com" title="Philippine Ecommerce - AnnexStore" rel="nofollow">Philippine E-Commerce work for our AnnexStore</a> Service.
