		<description>It&#039;s good that you logged a complaint with them. At least if they impose some sort of surcharge on your not paying that particular card, you could clearly point out what you&#039;ve experienced (underscore the stupidity of the customer service rep for telling you to go to the bank on a Saturday) and easily bitch about it.</description>
