howe do u unlock the region code so i can watch all dvdS, all mine are region 4 but i have several region 1′s i wanna watch? wat do i do?

Will the sound quality come through on regular tv and are there any similar systems out there that will do these things and give quality sound to TV

Is there region-restriction regarding DVD playback?
I had quite a few DVDs from region 1 & 2
