SNS are (highly) encourage in gaming companies. And for us, Community Managers (regardless of which industry), Social Networks and Social Media are a must. They even went as far as providing some sort of a local forum. Unfortunately, due to misuse and under productivity, it was shut down. Now, all social networking sites are not allowed.
