		<description>I just want to relay my experiences/problem with you regarding my accounts at Smartbro Inc. Can you please advise me what to do? Here is my situation:

I had my Smartbro connection since January 6th of this year. My wife is using the line for website encoding and upgrading. Meaning there is an existing website and she is adding some more entry to it like pictures and data. For a certain period say a month project she is using the internet at least 8 hours a day. But sometimes there’s no project say a month or 2 months.  During that 8 months period we experienced almost 3 periods of disconnection. The 1st disconnection same old process; report to their hotline and they will schedule to fixed it. On the 2nd time of  disconnection we reported it and their staff scheduled us for fixing but before they call for confirmation that the technician will be arriving the connection was already fixed. The 3rd disconnection problem occurred last week and also before the technician arrives the connection was restored already. My wife doesn’t received any confirmation that the technician will be arriving so I go out for a while and when I went home my wife said the technician left already. She ask the technician to check our connection since they are already in our house, the technician told that our connection is unstable and have to terminate our connection permanently. They will do some final testing this week or next to find out if our connection is really unstable. I Think that’s just their alibi in order us to be out in the system, in fact our area is near their antenna site. Can you please advise me on what to do?</description>

Subscriber ako ng Globe Visibility --&gt; UNLIMITED 3G Internet anytime, anywhere (in 3G enabled sites).. e putang ina, 3G enabled tong lugar ko, sa GPRS lang ako nakaka-connect, 3 less than 50kbps lang nakukuha ko... e putang ina P2000/month binabayaran ko.. lintek.. maniwala kayo o hindi, mas mabilis pa ang Smart Bro ko sa probinysa (pag di umuulan)... P999/mo lang...

pag may problema yung Globe, tawag ako sa hotline, panay SORRY lang palagi... e di ba pag nag SORRY, di na uulitin... e paulit ulit na, wala nman silang ginagawang aksyon para maayos.. parang sinampal ako, tapos sorry.. tapos ssasampalin na nmman ako, tapos sorry, tapos.... lintek... nasasayang ang P2000/month ko, feeling ko P500 lang ang worth na nakukuha ko.. buset...

pagkatapos nun magsulat kayo ng letter of termination &amp; request to waive the lock-in fees. idetalye nio po lahat ng paghihirap niyo at iadress nio sa manager ng smart wireless center. kakausapin kayo nun at pagdasal niong pagbigyan kayo tulad ko po ehe

Good luck at God bless sa inyo na magpapadala palang ng letter sa NTC.

Sya nga po pala, bukod sa hindi nako pinagbayad ng termination fee eh natanggap ko narin ung full refund ko na P1,988 from the SMARt wireless center. Basta ba isuli nyo ng kumpleto ung antenna or equipments nyo eh. Mismong manager pa ng SMART ang nag-assist sa problem ko at prinioritize dahil nga sinulatan ko NTC at sinabon sila.

Awa ng Dios eh masaya na ang aking Bagong taon, at naibalik pa ung pera ko. hayy. sana lang eh makahanap naman ako ng stable pero mura na broadband ayaw ko na ng PLDT o SMART me phobia nako jan. Sayang di available Globelines dito sa Soldiers Hills, Alabang eh. baka Cable Internet nalang. ok kaya un?

Dibale mag-research muna ako para hindi na ako maperwisyo at maloko ng tulad ng SMART Microwave nayan ehe.

hoy ugokkkk!!!! 7 days na akong nag monitor nang connection ko wala paring nangyari. pabalik balik pa akong tumawag tapos sabihin lang sa akin na follow-up lang daw niya kasi walang problema sa basetation... ay nako SMART BRO is nothing...!!! 
Will actually our area her at Ozamiz and Tangub  City experience a file sharing sa computer namin... Gosh!!! iwan ko kong bakit ako makapag brows sa kapit bahay ko na may computer at nakabit nag smart bro... I try to open my &quot;MY NETWORK PLACES&quot; tapos ang &quot;VIEW WORKGROUP COMPUTERS&quot; tapos may nakita akong mg computer which is connected to the network na hindi ko kilala you ibang computer name... bat ganon e stand alone yong computer ko... will I try to open some of those ICON at yong iba ay hindi ko ma open tapos yong iba naman ay ma open ko at makikita ko pa yong mga files at printer nila.... oooiiiiiiiiiii... nako ano bato.... tapos pag e change ko yong workgroup ko,,, iba nanaman ang mga computer names ang lalabas... try nyo kong ganon parin sa inyo....

 hi im a ex-costumer before,  i hate your connection its very slow, 1 time nwala talaga ang connection ko ewan kung bakit, pumunta aku sa smart office,(ozamiz branch ) they said they gonna fix it, they send somebody to fix it, pero it doesnt take long di nagtagal balik sa dati i call the costumer service many times, not only 1 time, they said it be ok, i takes to long, sabi ko sa kanila, ayaw ko na , sabi nla kailangan daw mgbayad aku n full, and then i didnt pay for, it,.kayu ba babayad ba kayu ng hindi nyu nman na paki nabangan? dba?i told them that i will pay it if u going to fix my connection but i dont know, they never do it they just keep, talk talk,they dont do nothind, so what i did is everytime they send me a  bill i wont, pay it, coz its unfair, and now they send a noticed that they will bring it to court,they will file a case for me, and  its my  problem anymore coz. i been many times to there office and i call the costomer sercives many time, and they said i dont complain, i did i swear to god, i was thinking that maybe there people who works there are so stupid, they said that i should complain i did, and now the make it big,the another thing is our nieghbor (foreigner from holland), he complains and they stop sending them bills or the disconnect them ,thats very unfair it seems  discrimenation, right? so i want to talk to an agent or maneger or in charge and  pls give me your contact number, im in california right now and i need to hold to somebody who i can talk to regarding in this problem, pls i really need your answer,,,,,,,</description>
