		<description>Yahoo! probably wants everything uniform across their servers. 

Bandwidth is cheap because Yahoo! does not have to pay to reach much of the Internet. They peer (exchange traffic for free) with many providers. 

I think this is good for the monetizing photo galleries revenue route.</description>
