just wondering, i have yahoo go pre-installed in my moto v6 maxx fone… and its seems not to work when i try to run it. is there any configurations needed before using yahoo go. currently i can browse using my fone and am using globe ph as my telco. any advice on how to have yahoo go running? thanks…Ü

Yeah, I don’t think they’d do that anytime soon. The mobile to PC SMS via Yahoo! Messenger costs Php2.50 which is shared between Yahoo and the telcos. I’m sure that contract will not be severed for the benefit of both parties.

It seems that either Yahoo has given up on the Mobile Instant Messenger or maybe they are just packaging this to be more telco friendly since telco’s are still allergic to Mobile IM

(They’re still trying to push per message charging for IM) lolz

Just imagine the hundreds of pesos you will need just to load your Yahoo! mail if you’re on Globe… oh wait.. Globe’s prepaid APN is not capable of loading those… :~)

hinde ba mabagal? I hope they add the feature of customizing the widgets. Like if I don’t need finance or weather I could remove it so it wont be as bloated as it is.

One thing I like about this though is ability to upload to flickr. I guess that way you don’t have to connect your phone to the PC to upload some pictures. Haven’t tried it yet though.
