OQO has been ahead of its time in terms of producing MIDs since 2002 but only the latest model, OQO Model 2+ breaks the barrier of netbooks in terms of computing power. OQO claims this is also the smallest Windows Vista PC with OLED display in the world.
Coming in at only 5-inches on the display screen, the OQO Model 2+ packs enough processing power to beat 99% of netbooks out there. Check out the specs below.

Intel Atom Z540 1.86GHz
5″ touchscreen OLED display screen (800×480 pixels)
zooms to 1000×600 and 1024×768 interpolated modes
2GB DDR2 SDRAM 533MHz
60GB SSD or 120GB HDD
WiFi 802.11a/b/g
Integrated Gobi 3G mobile broadband (EV-DO and HSPA)
Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR
HDMI, USB, VGA, Audio, LAN ports

Standard battery (4500mAh) lasts 3.5 hours but extended (9000mAh) model can go up to 7 hours. Runs Windows Vista Business as well as Windows XP Home/Pro. Comes with a stylus tucked into the screen and weighs 1lbs. This thing is like the ultimate mobile communicator and if you like this, be prepared to fork at least $999 for a unit {source}.
