If you are to consider search engine referrals to your blog, you will need to look at how much of your site is indexed. To check that, you will just need to type this on Google search: “site:yourdomain.com” or in my blog’s case, that’s “site:yugatech.com
In the search results, you will see something like “Results 1 – 10 of about 22,400 from yugatech.com for . (0.22 seconds)”
The number in bold is what we’re looking here.
We’ll use Google as our primary specimen and see how much some of the favorite local blogs are indexed.
houseonahill.net – 111,000
pinoyblog.com – 85,700
pinoycook.net – 24,800
nicanordavid.com – 22,600
pansitan.com – 200,000
Pansitan.com is a blog network with dozens of member blogs in a sub-domain, though it’s good that most of it are all indexed.
The higher the numbers, the higher the possibility that your blogged be referred by Google. That means you’d be getting a fairly huge percentage of your visitors from Google. It’s also healthy for your AdSense!
Go ahead and check for your blog as well and share it with us.
