At WWDC 2026, the company confirmed it partnered with Google, using the technologies behind Gemini, to create the next generation of Apple Foundation Models. Google has launched its AI-powered Try On feature, allowing users to upload a photo and virtually see how clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories may look on them. The feature is available through Google Search, Google Shopping, and Google Images. Google said the tool uses a custom AI image-generation model designed to simulate how clothing fits and drapes on different body types and poses.   The launch is part of Google's broader AI rollout following several announcements made during Google I/O 2026, including new Gemini features and AI-powered search tools. The company has stated this decision to have been caused by strong demand from both enterprises and consumers.
