    I spent the whole Sunday morning at Balamban, Cebu. It’s a mountainous region, north of Cebu. It’s also term as the “Little Baguio” as the weather is somewhat similar to Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines. Temperatures in Balamban range from in the early to mid 20s during the day to the late teens at night.
