    1. Is it really necessary to register your blog to the dti?
    - ive read an article that to earn on your blog you register it to the dti

    2. Is it impossible to earn if you will not pay for your domain?
    - Im planning to make a blog about tours and to make it i will spent an effort to get enough information about it, but im scared that my efforts will be put in vain because im not paying for my domain.

    3. And please tell how rss works, do i need to pay for it?

    1) Nope, the DTI registration was just a proposal by some congressman. It was not pushed thru.

    2) It's still possible. Owning a domain is not a guarantee. It gives an impression that you're serious with blogging because you invested in a domain and hosting.

    3) RSS is just a format and method of delivery. It's totally free. It's just like direct newsletter.
