Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
* 5 years experience in the same capacity, gained from the call center and/or BPO industry
* Working knowledge and hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Talent and Performance Management, and Employee Wellness Programs
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
