24/7 Customer – Sourcing Officer

Sourcing Officer
(National Capital Reg – Makati)

Responsibilities:

* The Sourcing Officer is responsible in developing internal and external sourcing activities for 24/7 Customer. This includes managing the budget, coordination with vendors and internal customers and execution of all strategies in hiring the right talent on time.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree. Graduate degree preferred
* Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, marketing; or related experience in human resources
* 2 year call center/customer service operations preferred
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
* Knowledgeable with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in mass recruitment
